The AAC meets monthly for a collaborative online meeting that all members should attend. In these monthly online meetings the common goals and the steps towards the goals are discussed. 
The individual working groups work according to their own specifications and discuss their further procedure in online settings. 
In the main joint meetings, the individual working groups report on the current status of the groups and their next steps.

==Our work==
What we have achieved: 

In 2017, we first came together and jointly defined our first goals. 

These were defined as follows: 
Development of a structure for the creation of learning materials. 
Developing a proposal for IT-Security essentials certification and related learning materials 
Developing a proposal for Microcontroller essentials certification and related learning materials 
Developing a proposal for Webdeveloper essentials certification and related learning materials 

Once we had found a working mode for ourselves, we went to work together and were already able to post the first results at the end of 2017. 

In 2018, we worked intensively together in groups on our goals and have implemented them to a large extent. 
The proposals of our IT-Security essentials certification and Microcontroller essentials certification are complete and will be reviewed by LPI and converted into an LPI style. 
The template for the learning materials, including an example, has been completed and handed over to LPI. 
The LPI then commissioned the creation of learning materials for Linux Essentials based on our developed structure and the first materials are already being created. 

Outlook: 
Our structure will also be used to create other materials for the new essentials exams. 
IT-Security essentials will be completed by the end of the first quarter, Microcontroller essentials by the end of the second quarter and Webdeveloper essentials by the end of the third quarter.

How the AAC works:
The AAC meets monthly for a collaborative online meeting that all members should attend. In these monthly online meetings the common goals and the steps towards the goals are discussed.
