Anyone is free to add proposed topics or changes on this BoK, isn't it? It's not just a repository of exam topics that were settled elsewhere, am I correct?
A: it's meant to be detailed technical material on the existing objectives. ie. reference material for someone writing courseware or masochistic self-study exam takers.
check out 206.1 as an example. The outline is for a previous version of the objectives, too.
