Hi, I'm a french GNU/Linux LPIC-3 / RHCE sysadmin and trainer (LPI000110288).
I've worked on the translation of the LPIC-1, LPIC-1v4, LPIC-2, LPIC2v4, LPI 301 as well as LPI 300 and Linux Essentials objectives in french.
You can get OmegaT source files for these translations on gitorious.
On an other hand, i've tried to present LPI certifications on French Libre Software events, like JDLL and RMLL.
