Topics
Every meeting will be on a specific topic in order to ensure a tight focus. Currently meetings on the following topics are planned:
- Product and Exam development
- Global Organization
- Volunteering
Additional topics may be suggested in the meetings.
Preparation
Before the series of meeting for a given topic starts, a brief document summarizing the current situation and some ideas and thoughts that should be discussed. While this is meant as an initial input for the discussion, everyone is invited to bring up additional aspects.
Providing Input (Whistleblowing)
Real improvement can only happen when facing the truth. Though LPI endorses open discussion, we want offer a confidential way of providing input to everyone in the possession of sensitive information that he/she thinks should be brought to LPI's attention. Therefore confidential feedback may be sent either anonymously or via a intermediary to TODO / TODO: ANONYMOUS LETTERBOX?
